Founded in 2010 in response to the growing needs of returning Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, EA Associates has expanded to become one of the nation's leading veteran service organizations. We believe that those who served our country deserve unwavering support as they transition to civilian life and navigate the challenges that follow military service.
Our approach combines direct services, policy advocacy, and community partnerships to address the multifaceted needs of veterans across all eras of service. From World War II veterans to those who served in recent conflicts, we provide tailored support that recognizes the unique experiences and challenges of each generation.

EA Associates was founded by a group of veteran advocates, social workers, and community leaders who recognized the need for comprehensive support services for returning veterans.

Launched our flagship housing assistance program, which has since helped over 8,000 veterans secure stable housing.
Received $5M federal grant to expand mental health services, including PTSD treatment and suicide prevention programs.
Opened dedicated career development centers in 25 cities, providing job training and placement services.
